How long will it take for Drooto Support Team to call me back?

After we have received your complain through Drooto Helpline or Online Booking System, we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible. You will get a call back from Drooto Helpline within 24 hrs.

How will Drooto ensure Genuine Spare Parts?

Being a Service Partner of country’s leading multi-brand electronics retailer, Best Electronics, Drooto gets full access to all genuine spare parts of leading brands like Hitachi, Sharp, Panasonic, Philips and many more global brands.

Will I get Service Warranty from Drooto?

At Drooto, we believe in giving the best to our clients. We take full responsibility for all our technical services, and hence, we will be more than happy to provide Service Warranty which will vary based on selected services.


What kind of installation services does Drooto provide?

Basically, when it comes to installation, it is mainly AC which actually needs this service. However, along with AC, Drooto Service Experts can help you with TV, Refrigerator or Washing Machine installation.

AC Installation of which brands is covered by Drooto?

Drooto Service Experts are directly trained by Sharp, Panasonic and Conion to provide installation support to its customers. However, if any technician can cover these brands, they can cover any other global/local brands and hence, Drooto Service Experts can handle installation of any brands.

Will Drooto provide any warranty for installation services?

Yes, Drooto’s exclusive warranty policy covers your installation services also. Hence, we will give 1-3 months warranty on installation services, subject to product category. If anything goes wrong due to installation within the warranty period, we will cover any re-installation cost.


Do I need to bring my product to Drooto Service Centres?

Not always, in most of the cases, Drooto Service Experts will visit your home and provide you home service. However, in some cases, we will not be able to repair your product unless you bring your product to our Drooto Service Centres. If you permit, we can also help you with carrying the product.

What will be the cost of spare parts?

Unlike our service offerings, we do not have a fixed rate chart for spare parts. Honestly, the pricing will be done based on our purchase price and some added profit which will ultimately ensure that we run the business smoothly. All profit we get from spare parts sales directly goes back to training our service team.

How do I complain about poor repair service?

At Drooto, we always try to give the best service to our clients. However, at times, our Drooto Service Experts can fail to satisfy you. In that case, we welcome you to complain directly to our Drooto Helpline, by calling 09678 767676. We will get back to you with a free re-service.
