Drooto, a web and app-based on-demand service platform that aims to provide technical repairing and installation services, has launched its operation in Bangladesh recently. Mr. Syed Tahmid Zaman Rashik, Managing Director & CEO of Drooto announced the official launch of this mobile app on 30th March. Drooto App is now officially ready to be downloaded from the Google Play Store, and in few weeks, it will be available for iOS users also. In order to receive quick service from Drooto, a user has to first download the Mobile App and then use the mobile platform to book an appointment. Within a very short time, Drooto Support Team will then get in touch with the user in order to process the booking and provide immediate technical service.
Drooto currently operates in over 10 major cities in Bangladesh including Dhaka, Tongi, Sirajganj, Bogra, Rangpur, Pabna, Jhenaidah, Khulna, Barisal and Feni. With over 13 service centers, Drooto directly employs over 115 dedicated technicians trained to provide on-demand services to a consumer within 3 days.
