Cash on Delivery
When you are with Drooto, you don’t have to worry about taking payments from your customers. We will collect cash on your behalf for your delivered goods. We follow a transparent rule when it comes to paying you back on time.
Return to Origin (RTO)
In case your customer wants to return the product (within return policy), we will be more than happy to take it back from them and deliver back to your end as quickly as possible.

What is the procedure to send a parcel?
To take our delivery service, at first you have to kindly register as a Merchant. Once you have received an order from your customer, you have to notify us immediately by emailing us. An experienced Drooto Agent will then call you to confirm the pick-up and and drop-off location and other details.
In which areas do you deliver?
Currently we are planning to provide delivery services in: Dhaka, Bogra, Rangpur, Khulna, Jhenaidah, Feni, Barisal and Sirajganj.
How will I be paid?
As per our payment policy, we give payment to the merchants twice a week. Our general mode of payment is through bank or cash.
