On 4th November 2017, Drooto arranged a day long training for its Service Experts in Dhaka Imperial Hotel, Paltan, Dhaka. The training was conducted by Abdul Mannan and Talat Mahmud, engineers from Drooto Team. Over 150 participants coming from all over the country participated in the training event. The first half of the training focused on AC Installation and the second half focused on Water Heater installation. The training ended with the CEO of Drooto, Mr. Syed Tahmid Zaman Rashik, handing over certificates to the participants. Drooto plans to run 2 training sessions per month for its Service Experts.
At Drooto, we have promised to give the best service to our customers/clients. Hence, it is extremely essential that our service team is fully prepared to fulfill that commitment.
